In the years to come, we will get three Star Wars spin-off films. They are Rogue One, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. And I am very excited for all of these, and I know they'll be great, but I have one problem. Generally, Spin-Offs of movies and TV shows are things based around supporting characters. So why are we getting a Spin-off about one of the main characters, Han Solo. I love Han, and will love this movie. But he was a main character in the Original Trilogy. Supporting characters are people like Lando Calrissian, and Boba Fett.
Han Solo will be a great movie, but I don't want to see his origin. I would rather see a movie about Han Solo, doing smuggling jobs for Jabba the Hutt. In this movie, characters could be Han Solo, Chewbacca, Jabba the Hutt, Boba Fett, and many more. Having Boba Fett in this movie would mean he doesn't have to have his own movie. But the Boba Fett movie is a good idea, although it should not be an origin story. We already saw his origin in Episode 2: Attack of the Clones, and The Clone Wars. So why are we getting his origin again?
The Boba Fett movie needs to be just Boba, doing a a bit of bounty hunting. Maybe we could see Han Solo and Chewbacca, or Boba Fett's Syndicate, but please, don't make this an origin story.
Disney, be careful on what you choose as your Aanthologies, because fans on the internet, are not all the fans. Many people on the internet say, all these spin-off movies will be great, which I agree with, but we need movies about different characters who didn't or don't get enough attention. Maybe a movie surrounding the origins of the Knights of Ren, or a movie about Lando Calrissian, or even Darth Maul, or like I said with my previous article, a Knights of the Old Republic trilogy. Just be careful with your movies, Disney.
So, do you Disagree? Agree? Please, let me know!
