She may have a huge blockbuster franchise and an Oscar under her belt at the enviable age of 25, but to date, none of Jennifer Lawrence's movie roles have required getting her clothes off for a sex scene, until now.

Opening up to The Hollywood Reporter in a candid interview regarding her new indie project Passengers, Jennifer Lawrence reveals that her first ever sex scene left her feeling "vulnerable" and intensely "guilty" after the script lead her to film a scene where she sleeps with married co-star, Christ Pratt.

In order to cope with the pressure, Lawrence talked to THR about attempting to squash her inhibitions with booze:

"I got really, really drunk. But then that led to more anxiety when I got home because I was like, 'What have I done? I don’t know.'"

The interview really solidifies why everyone loves Jennifer Lawrence so much as not only is she an adorable goofball and talented actress, but her morals and heart are really in the right place. Even when it comes to faking sexual relations for a film role, she still felt extremely uneasy due to the action her role required.

"It was going to be my first time kissing a married man, and guilt is the worst feeling in your stomach. And I knew it was my job, but I couldn’t tell my stomach that. So I called my mom, and I was like, 'Will you just tell me it’s OK?'"

It's interesting that Chris Pratt actually agreed to do the scene at all, considering it was revealed earlier this year that he will not do sex scenes "at all" due to his rekindled Christian faith. The Jurassic World star has been married to Entourage actress Anna Faris since 2009, and the pair had their first child, Jack, in 2012.

A source told the National Enquirer:

“Everyone wants a piece of him, but Chris refuses to even consider anything that involves a sex scene. He knows that he’s become a sex symbol, but it’s not the public image he wants to project – and it’s not something he sees as compatible with his faith.“

I guess we'll just have to wait and see how saucy this scene really is!

Passengers is a romantic sci-fi movie slated for release in 2016.
