Every year People magazine names one male celebrity as the Sexiest Man Alive. How they come to a conclusion on such a subjective question, and why Ryan Gosling still hasn’t made the list, I may never know. But somehow the magazine manages to give us an answer that doesn’t disappoint.
This year’s coveted position has been awarded to David Beckham. Anyone who lived through the 90s or has access to the Internet knows Beckham’s wife, Victoria (a.k.a. Posh Spice). But some of the other women who landed these hunky gents also deserve some recognition! Luckily for these women, and unfortunately for the rest of the female population, most of the men chosen have been taken off the dating market. A shock to literally no one.
Let’s take a look at 14 of the lucky women who are the other halves of the Sexiest Men Alive from the last 20 years. ** Note: A few of these men have been awarded the "Sexiest Man Alive" label more than once and I also only included men who are currently married. Sorry, Bradley Cooper!
