[Star Wars: Battlefront](tag:2684021) has officially become the fastest selling Star Wars game to date, resulting in an unprecedented commercial success for EA and DICE. According to sales monitoring site Chart-Track, Battlefront has outsold fan favourite titles such as COD: Black OPS III and Fallout 4, storming to the top of the UK games charts and outselling Star Wars: The Force Unleashed by 117%.

Already looking fantastic thanks to next gen consoles, the game has benefited even further from an incredible face-lift, courtesy of talented coder Martin Bergman.

So Real!
So Real!

Utilizing his Toddyhancer mod, Bergman has transformed the already aesthetically brilliant game to near cinematic perfection. You would be forgiven for thinking these images have came straight from the movies themselves. The graphics are so good, that many almost believe that it's just a case of incredible role-play.

Although still in development, Bergman took to imgur to release a series of images that will leave any Star Wars fan mouth drooling with anticipation...

Very Real!
Very Real!

Imperial Stormtroopers running through the life like desert canyons of Tattooine and AT-ST walkers stalking their way through the rocky outcrops. The mod almost makes you believe that you are in an immersive Star Wars world, stopping just short of virtual reality.

The only downside is the mod will drain around 30-40 FPS and currently has no release date...
