10. Just Cause 3
Just Cause 3 is the (upcoming) latest installment of the Just Cause franchise. The series focuses on large open worlds and highly destructible environments, with an emphasis on physics-based gameplay, largely through the use of series protagonist Rico Rodriguez's signature grappling hook and "stunt" maneuvers.
Just Cause 3 is set on the fictional Mediterranean island of Medici, birthplace of franchise hero Rico "The Scorpion" Rodriguez. The small republic has come under the despotic rule of a ruthless dictator known only as General DiRavello.
Keeping the core mechanics of the Just Cause series, gameplay will mostly revolve around Rico journeying across the island destroying military encampents and outposts. Causing this chaos will destabalize DiRavello's forces and allow the citizens of Medici to begin reclaiming their land.
9. Rainbow Six : Siege
Rainbow Six: Siege is a new tactical shooter in the Rainbow Six franchise. It was first revealed at the E3 2014 press conferences. Siege brings back the series' mainstay of tactical multiplayer, along with a campaign that can be played in single player or co-op (1).
The 2014 trailer featured a 5v5 multiplayer match centered around either saving or keeping a hostage in a house setting. The trailer featured pre-alpha footage with highly destructible environments. The hostage takers were shown laying down traps to fortify their positions. Meanwhile, the Rainbow operates that were attempting to save the hostage used a variety of remote surveillance technologies to scout the area as well as breach charges to knock down walls and blow holes through floors.

8. Fallout 4
Set in Boston, Massachusetts, Fallout 4 centers around an emerging inhabitant of Vault 111 as he or she awakens 200 years after the atomic war that destroyed much of the world's infrastructure.

7. Assassin's Creed Syndicate
Assassin's Creed Syndicate is the next Assassin's Creed game set in Victorian-era London. Developed by Quebec Studios, AC Syndicate takes place in 1868 during the industrial revolution and the massive poverty and social upheaval surrounding it.
Protagonists Jacob and Evie Frye lead a revolt against the oppression of the ruling classes. The slums are depicted as havens for the assassins. Street gangs play a part in the story.

6. Call Of Duty : Black Ops III
Call of Duty: Black Ops III is the sequel to the 2012 entry, Call of Duty: Black Ops II. It's set in a dark future where the lines are blurred between humanity and cutting-edge military robotics.
The Campaign is not available in the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, and isn't much of a sequel to Black Ops II. However, Black Ops III allows players to team up to take on all 11 missions (1-4 players). If Veteran is too difficult, players can try out the new Realistic mode.
The Multiplayer has been revamped with new Combat Movements for 10 new Specialists. Try out 44 brand new Weapons and Equipment.
The Zombies mode returns with original zombie gameplay and brand new features, such as Weapon Kits and GobbleGum. Additionally, players can level up and even prestige, just like Multiplayer!

Star Wars Battlefront is a Star Wars multiplayer combat game. It is a reboot of the Star Wars Battlefront series, originally created by Pandemic Studios. Battlefront depicts massive multiplayer battles between online opponents and also supports some cooperative split-screen modes.
