Two stars of the Netflix's hit show Orange Is the New Black have reportedly filed for court protection against the same man.
In recent times, the show's creator Jenji Kohan began receiving violent threats from an overzealous individual who has also previously targeted Laura Prepon, the actress who brings to life the role of Alex Vause on the award-winning show. Here she is in the trailer for the second season:
Now, it seems that both women filed separate restraining orders against William Austin III.
Whilst Kohan claims that the man threatened her on Instagram by posting an audio recording that explicitly said "get ready, violence is coming," those following Prepon on Twitter have been taken aback by a slew of worrying posts from Austin. One, for example, included a gun and knife emoji, clearly suggesting that he was fantasizing about imposing violence on the actress -- this is what he posted:
According to the court judge, this bizarre and potentially violent proclamation of love was enough to issue him with a restraining order. Now thankfully, Austin must remain at least 100 yards away from Prepon and Kohan and their respective families.
We hope the two ladies stay safe!
