After seemingly coming out of nowhere, today Rebel Wilson is an unstoppable force of comedic greatness. From Bridesmaids to Pitch Perfect, the blonde Aussie has become one of the funniest women in Hollywood.

Wilson has been chosen to grace the January cover of Cosmopolitan UK, and her interview includes a serious message on self-love and the importance of standing out.

In her interview she spoke about how being different and not fitting into Hollywood's stereotypical view of a leading lady ended up helping out her career:

Being unique and different was a really good thing. When I walked into my agent's office for the first time, they looked at me and said, 'Wow, we have nobody on our books like you.' And they signed me on my second day here.

She also confirmed that even if she could, she has no desire to spend all of her time focusing simply on her appearance.

I wouldn't ever want to compete with what I call 'the glamours' -- the really gorgeous people. I'm about the brain, the heart and what's on the inside. I feel really lucky to be the body type I am.

If Rebel Wilson's comedy chops aren't enough to make you love her, her body positive life lessons are still worth taking note of.

With her new upcoming comedy How To Be Single, we'll soon be seeing even more of Rebel Wilson on the big screen this February.
