I wholeheartedly support this statement: Ni No Kuni is one of the greatest JRPGs of all time.
Ni No Kuni is Magical
On January 22, 2013, North America was introduced to a PS3 game that Japan had been enjoying for over a year prior to that date. The game was an enhanced version of a Nintendo DS title, Ni no Kuni: Dominion of the Dark Djinn, a game that the west had never seen.
Created by Level-5, featuring the animations of Studio Ghibli, and the gameplay of classic Pokemon titles, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was the stuff of dreams.
But the journey isn't over. Last weekend, Sony held their Playstation Experience keynote, during which they unveiled a bunch of new trailers and IPs. One of those, was the return of this franchise with Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom.
Ni No Kuni 2 Is Also Magical
For now, we have no release date information for Ni No Kuni 2, but this trailer has already managed to induce a ridiculous amount of hype.
The game will be released for the PS4 and will feature the glorious music of composer, Joe Hisaishi. For more on this front, bask in his glory.
