Wow these listing boards are really grinding out the leaks and spoils aren't they? If they're not letting slip that Minecraft is coming to Wii U, they're not very subtly hinting that yet another classic PS2 IP will be getting a new lick of paint on the PS4.
In what's swiftly turning into an advent calendar of classic PlayStation IPs, a listing on the Entertainment Software Ratings Board's (ESRB) homepage has suggested that Remedy Entertainment's seminal noir epic Max Payne will be acrobatically leaping onto the PS4 after being rated for release by the classification board.
This follows in a fairly long line of PS2 games that were confirmed for remaster and re-release by ESRB before Sony managed to, like Mark of Kri, Dark Cloud and Rogue Galaxy.
Besides leaking the existence of a Wii U edition of Minecraft, PEGI got in on the fun by hinting at Ape Escape 2, Twisted Metal: Black and Dark Cloud 2 making the move across to their new homes, but as it stands Twisted Metal: Black is the only one to have had an official release.
With this being a leak and all, there's currently no date available for release, so stayed tuned to Moviepilot and we'll definitely let you know. 'Cause we're just as excited, man!
