It's always sad when one of the Disney family has to say goodbye to one of their treasured alumni. Marque "Tate" Lynche, who was a Mousketeer from 1993 to 1995, unfortunately passed away at the age of 34.

According to Variety, Lynche was discovered by his roommate unconscious in his New York apartment on Sunday. There is little known about his passing, and there is currently an ongoing investigation.

While on the All New Mickey Mouse Club, Lynche worked alongside famous names like Ryan Gosling, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, and Christina Aguilera. Following Mickey Mouse Club, Lynche competed in the third season of American Idol and made it to the semi-finals.

The Facebook page Always In The Club, dedicated to keeping fans up-to-date with Mickey Mouse Club alumni, posted the following message dedicated to Marque:

Dear Marque,
Today has been hard day for our Always In The Club family. The news of your passing spread through your AITC siblings rapidly, overwhelming each one with a sense of shock. Now as the evening has fallen, sadness is overtaking the shock.
We are all heartbroken.
None of us is a stranger to loss and heartache, but as the first of our siblings to leave this life, this is new territory for us all. It is so hard to believe that one of our brothers is no longer with us.
There's so much that each of us wants to say to say to you, and in each their own time & own way, will. But the words that do ring true from us all are..
We love you dearly, we will miss you forever, and you will live on…Always In Our Hearts.
Love
Your MMC Family

We wish Marque Lynche's family and friends comfort and privacy in these difficult times.
