Feel like adorning your face with your opponent's surgically removed skin, or how about busting through a still-beating abdomen? Those with such sadistic tastes are in luck as, continuing in the tradition of bringing classic horror icons to Earthrealm, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre's Leatherface and Alien's Xenomorph are heading to Mortal Kombat X.

The downloadable Kombat Pack 2 welcomes these two terrifying new kombatants, along with Bo Rai Cho and Tri-Borg, hitting consoles in the first quarter of 2016. Check out the trailer below:

As you can see, these two new licensed fighters come with their own unique techniques, special moves and of course brutal new fatalities. Introducing...

And the Xenomorph!

Warner Bros. issued a statement saying:

The new guest characters include Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre horror film series and the Xenomorph from the classic sci-fi horror film franchise Alien. Additional characters include classic Mortal Kombat characters Bo Rai Cho, master of the drunken fist, and series favourites Cyrax, Sektor and Robot Smoke in the form of new Kombatant, Tri-Borg.

Players who purchase the Kombat Pack 2 will also gain free access to the Apocalypse Pack (skins for Takeda, D'Vorah, and Erron Black), the Brazil Pack (skins for Johnny Cage, Liu Kang, and Kung Lao) and the Kold War Pack (skins for Sub-Zero, Sonya Blade, and Kano).

Fans will no doubt remember that the first DLC Kombat Pack brought serial slasher Jason Voorhees and the voracious Predator to the MK universe. I wonder which horror icons we can expect to see next?

Which licensed character would you like to see next?
