Rita Wilson has beaten breast cancer and she is celebrating being "one hundred percent healthy" by returning to Broadway alongside Larry Davis to continue performing Fish in the Dark.
Wilson was forced to take a medical leave of absence from the production in March when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, but a month after having a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, she's ready to hit the stage once more.
Wilson's stepson, Colin Hanks told Entertainment Times that Wilson was on the up since May when he told the online magazine that:
"She's cancer-free, which is great."
The actor and singer has been vocal about thanking her fans for their outpourings of support since her diagnosis, she Tweeted back in April:
Wilson's husband Tom Hanks has also thanked the pubic for supporting his wife, he said:
"God bless the luck of the draw and the people who have been in her corner."
