In my opinion, one of the best things about Star Wars: The Force Awakens is undoubtedly Carrie Fisher -- the actress granted the privilege of bringing the iconic Princess (now General) Leia to life for the franchise.
And with the highly anticipated release of the next installment, Carrie has made sure that her presence has been known. She's appeared in mind-boggling TV interviews with her french bulldog Gary, spoken out about gender equality in the movie industry and most recently, told everyone to zip it regarding that gold bikini controversy.
In fact, when a father at Target complained that the bikini-clad Leia doll was too inappropriate for kids, Carrie's exact words were:
"I think that’s stupid. To stop making the merchandise? The father who flipped out about it, “What am I going to tell my kid about why she’s in that outfit?” Tell them that a giant slug captured me and forced me to wear that stupid outfit, and then I killed him because I didn’t like it. And then I took it off. Backstage."
Here she is telling Jabba the Hutt to stuff it as she suffocates the overgrown slug-like creature with a chain:
And just when we thought she couldn't get any more badass, Carrie has gone and done it again -- this time, delivering a very special festive message via Twitter.
With wheezing good ol' pal Gary in tow as usual, it appears that the actress came face-to-face with Jabba once again. She posted the following image of herself mean-muggin' and flipping her middle finger at the wax recreation of the alien -- all while wishing her fans a "Merry ForceMust" of course:
Oh Carrie, never change!
