I'm a geek and pop culture t-shirt designer and a Canuck. It's very rare that these worlds collide. Now if you add in politics to that list, it's even rarer!

But recently all three subjects did indeed collide based around the latest in the Star Wars franchise, The Force Awakens, as my Canadian Prime Minister: Justin Trudeau, went to the premier of the new movie at it's Canadian premier.

Canada's National broadcaster the CBC recently opened their vault to video showing Prime Minister Trudeau's original review of watching The Return of the Jedi and now Disney Canada invited Trudeau to see the movie at it's Canadian premier. (Video of the young leader after watching RotJ)

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau posted this picture of himself as a young Jedi in training on May 4, 2014. 'I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back home. #MayThe4thBeWithYou,' he tweeted. Being a good guy he decided to take along a bunch of kids from an Ontario Children's Hospital.

It's pretty cool that he loves the franchise almost as much as I do and of course that he helped bring some enjoyment to some sick kids.

As for me, I'm totally pumped to see it on Dec. 17th and in celebration of this I'm wearing a Star Wars t-shirt every day this week, and I'm calling it . You can check out these tees on my Facebook page or instagram page.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the movie!
