She was the sex symbol of the sci-fi genre and now it appears that Carrie Fisher is eager to pass on some of her wisdom and experience onto a younger co-star.
Last Friday, the Star Wars actress appeared on The Graham Norton Show in London alongside newcomer Daisy Ridley, with her French Bulldog Gary in tow as usual, she was on her best form as always.
In particular, Carrie revealed that she gave Daisy some essential advice on the set of J. J. Abrams's record-breaking release, confidently admitting:
“I told her not to go through the crew like wildfire, but I also told her not to take any advice from me."
Drawing from her own experience, the actress reiterated the need to be careful to avoid sleeping with co-stars or crew members, saying:
“When I was first in it I never wanted anyone to have the anecdote, ‘I slept with Princess Leia.’”
And naturally, Carrie got her fair share of attention from eager suitors, considering her performance in that iconic gold bikini blew everyones mind back in the day:
The actress also talked about how men would come up to her to talk about Princess Leia, saying:
“I once met a guy that told me he had thought about Princess Leia every day from the age of 12 to 22. When I said, ‘What every single day?’ he said, ‘Actually it was four times a day!’”
Yet, the sex chat didn't end there -- Carrie also revealed some snippets about her own life in-between the sheets, admitting that her mother, Debbie Reynolds, used to give her some rather sexy gifts at Christmas. She said:
"She has given me some extraordinary gifts over the years. She once gave my grandmother and me vibrators for Christmas and my grandmother said she would not use hers because she was afraid it might short-circuit her pacemaker."
Wow. Carrie, you're just the gift that keeps on giving! Let's just hope Daisy follows in your footsteps.
