Just when you thought you couldn't possibly get more excited for spring and Game of Thrones Season 6, HBO drops the mic again.

They have just revealed that the Blu-Ray box set of Game of Thrones Season 5 will feature a 20-minute animated movie for us to enjoy.

The movie will be telling the story of the 'Dance of the Dragons,' an epic civil war that took place prior to the events in Game of Thrones. It was a war between two Targaryens', when they still ruled the seven kingdoms. Dragons were still alive, and the Targaryen siblings used their dragons to fight each other for the throne. It's a legendary piece of Westeros history, and I can't wait to see it adapted to the screen.

Familiar voices

Several actors from the show will be lending their voices to the animation. It's interesting to note that all the actors listed are no longer working on the show because their characters are dead. We will be hearing Pedro Pascal (Oberyn Martell), Harry Lloyd (Viserys Targaryen), Michelle Fairley (Catelyn Stark), Mark Addy (Robert Baratheon), Jack Gleeson (Joffrey Baratheon) and Kerry Ingram (Shireen Baratheon).

HBO has already released a little tease from the animation, which you can view here.

The boxset will be released March 15, 2016, and I am very excited. As cool as Drogon and his brothers are, we haven't really seen them in proper battle yet, so it will definitely be very cool to see the dragons fight each other. We all know how ruthless and unforgiving the Targaryens can be, just look at this clip of Daenerys.
