The Marvel Cinematic Universe is well on its way to its Phase three next year and with that many characters have evolved. We have seen Tony go through more changes than any as well as Thor. There is one character in particular who hasn't had much of a change and that is in fact The Hulk who just seems to be a brute force still. It seems though that all of that might change pretty soon with the release of Thor Ragnarok.

Mark Ruffalo revealed to Ain’t It Cool News that we might start seeing both Banner and Hulk become one in the future...

It's very subtle, but the Banner/Hulk consciousness is beginning to meld a little bit. Who decided to leave? Was it Banner or Hulk? It's not really in the (cinematic) mythology of Hulk up until that moment to be that conscious and pro-active. It's interesting, right?

Its interesting that moving forward after the events of Ultron where the Hulk basically went into hiding that we may reunite with a more in control Hulk. The character has been treated as a man battling a monster just like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. This sudden spin should make for a more interesting Hulk and one that could get audiences to connect to on a more personal level.

It is not yet confirmed as to what Thor Ragnarok will be dealing with but we do know to expect Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Mark Ruffalo to reprise their Marvel roles. There has been a lot of speculation as to whether or not Thanos will appear but as of now nothing is confirmed except for these three actors. Thor Ragnarok is slated for a 2017 release and I am more than excited for it and what it may bring.
