Seems only fitting that on Christmas Eve everyone should really be getting into the festive season, and it's apparently no different for fictional female inmates, as proven by a new short just released featuring characters from Netflix's Orange is the New Black.

The short is called Twas a night in Lichfield, and features our favourite crazy female inmates retelling a version of the classic Twas the night before Christmas poem set in their prison, ending with them beating up Santa Claus and stealing all of the... interesting items that they find in his bag of gifts. While most people ask for games and jewellery, it seems the inmates have asked for a variety of items ranging from new grass for the prison yard all the way to... porn and sex toys. Check out the video for yourself, it's a very fitting way for Orange is the New Black to mix with Christmas.

That's pretty fitting for the holiday season... I think.

It isn't the first time that the cast have done this though, and to get you in the crazy holiday spirit even more, let's remind ourselves of Christmas's in Litchfield past.

The Twelve Days of Litchfield!

I feel so ready for Christmas after that... and a little bit terrified.

If you're looking for more, you'll be able to catch it when Orange is the New Black season 4 arrives on Netflix in June 2016!
