The creators at Moviepilot have been challenged to share their answers to the 2015 Quick-Fire Challenge. What is it? We offer our opinions on the best in films from this past year. Here are my answers.

1. Best Trailer of 2015

2015 was an incredible year for films and trailers. You can't call yourself a Tarantino fan and not be completely blown away by the trailer for The Hateful Eight. The film looks like a ton of western awesomeness and is sure to be one of Tarantino's best films to date (his last western theme film, Django Unchained, was amazing and I'm sure this one will be too).

2. Favorite Movie Moment of 2015

Furious 7 was all together a fantastic film, but the ending was my favorite movie moment of the year. Fans were shocked by the sudden, tragic death of the franchise's star, Paul Walker, and many wondered how they would pay tribute to such a big part of the series. They did a fantastic job with the touching tribute paid at the end of both the theatrical and extended versions (available on the Blu-ray). On the Blu-ray a montage of the most memorable Brian moments are compiled together in addition to the already touching ending that can be seen in the theatrical ending. It was the perfect send off to such an incredible actor and personified the bond the cast shared. It hit me in all of my feels and is sure to bring a smile to the face and a tear to the eye of even the hardest of individuals.

3. Favorite Character of 2015

Kylo Ren- Star Wars The Force Awakens: I have always been a Star Wars fan and the villains are always my favorite. The introduction of Kylo Ren brought new life to an already incredible series. Many may complain about his emotional outbursts (much like Anakin Skywalker), but I for one think it adds depth to the character. Not to mention, he stopped a freaking blaster ray in mid-air! I can't wait to see what direction he goes in Episode VIII, I for one think he will be even darker than Darth Vader himself.

4. Entertainment Person of the Year

Adam Driver: He is a veteran (which makes him more awesome) and went from being a seemingly unknown to playing the year's most badass villain (like a boss). Driver is an incredibly talented actor with a small but impressive resume (including a degree from Juilliard) and I'm positive he will only continue to impress us with the depth of his talent. The Force Awakens was only the tip of the iceberg.

5. My Favorite Article (created by me) of 2015

"Is AHS: Hotel's, Sally, Supposed to Be This 90's Grunge Queen?"

I loved writing this article and it was very well received by my readers. It was the first time that I put together an in-depth "fan theory". I love creating content that makes people think and maybe scratch their heads and pay a bit more attention to something that has been right in front of them. American Horror Story has been one of my favorite horror television series since it's debut and it was a lot of fun to really look into a character and make a comparison with a real-life person. The series has used real "characters" as inspiration, but this is the first time that we haven't been handed the answer on a silver platter. I look forward to creating more pieces like this.

Bonus Question: What are you most excited for in 2016?

2016 is looking to be the year of the comic book movie, but I am most excited to see Deadpool come to life on the big screen. Deadpool is by far one of my favorite characters and I love Ryan Reynolds, so why would I not be excited to see the two combined into one epic film? I'm pretty stoked for the Suicide Squad film, the Ninja Turtles sequel and Episode VIII of Star Wars.

It was not easy to come up with any of these answers; 2015 brought us all kinds of epic films and characters. Here's to hoping that 2016 will be even more amazing! Happy New Year!
