Star Wars is the most successful film trilogy of all time, and with Star Wars 7 hype going down its time to think of a cast that could've been. I should start off by saying that I like all Star Wars movies, and that's one of the reasons why I'm casting all of them and not just the prequals, since there is alot of hate on the prequals.

First the Prequals:

Anakin Skywalker: Dane Dehaan

Dane Dehaan is an outstanding actor as well as a person who could play a pivotal troubled, young, man. You can tell in his eyes that there are things wrong and can't be fixed.

Padmé Amidala: Chloé Grace Moretz

There not much to say, but you're probably saying, "What? Hit-girl? As a queen?" and yes it's a little weird when you think about it, but hear me out. She could play the young girlfriend and wife of the young Darth Vader. I can just see how troubled her character would be.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: Martin Freeman

The master of Darth Vader and a powerful jedi. He looks the part, sounds the part, and could act the part. My only concern is that his comedy side would come out and that's not what Obi-Wan is about.

Darth Sidious: David Tennant

The creepiest of the creepy. With a little prosthetics and makeup he would be so good. You should consider a younger actor when picking Palpatine because he needs to be good and fast with a blade.

Mace Windu: Samuel L. Jackson

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Nicholas Hoult: Luke Skywalker

There's nobody I can imagine who couldn't be recasted in this role than him. You can see the farmboy and the jedi by just one look and that's why Mark Hamill was casted.

Han Solo: Garrett Hedlund

The swashbuckling badass of Star Wars needs to be played by a man who knows how to do that. He could not be more perfect for Han.

Princess Leia: Lucy Hale

Now this is a stretch but alot of people pick old actresses, but Lucy is a young and great actress. I think she would be able to pull off the strong willed woman that is the princess.

Ben Kenobi: Anthony Hopkins

When you put into perspective no one else can play Old Obi-Wan Kenobi like how he would. And besides he does look like an older Martin Freeman.

Lando Calrissian: Michael B. Jordan

Cool, suave, and a lady's man. What else is there to say.

Darth Vader: Daniel Day Lewis

He would be very intimidating especially if this is the first you've ever seen these movies. And especially a chance to see Daniel Day Lewis lightsaber fight!
