Out of all the family members of the extensive Kardashian-Jenner clan, Rob Kardashian has been avoiding the limelight the most lately. He hasn't really been featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians in about two years, and the show tends to avoid any mention of him save for a few throwaway lines.
These days, the show is mostly about the girls—Kourtney dealing with the Scott break-up, Kylie with her ever-present boytoy Tyga, and, of course, Kim with her daughter North.
Yet, on the most recent episode of KUWTK, Kim brought up her brother while on a girls' trip to St. Barts, and she didn't have the nicest things to say.
Kim made jokes about Rob's weight gain, claiming his Rita Ora tattoo has turned into a "Cabbage Patch doll"
While chatting with her mom Kris Jenner about Tyga's tattoos, Kim mentioned that Rob got a tattoo of ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon's name. When they broke up, he covered it with a picture of Rita Ora, but Rob's struggles with his weight have apparently transformed it.
"He covered it with a life-sized Barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll. Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he’s gained weight and it’s now like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!"
For a little context here, Rob was just diagnosed with diabetes around Christmastime, so maybe Kim's tough love approach should be mellowed a little. She's always said that she's been willing to work with him to exercise, but comments like that don't exactly create a positive environment. Still, maybe it's just a little sisterly heckling.
