DJ, Danny, even Uncle Jessie! They're all back! How dare they do this to my emotions!
The very first photos from Netflix's Full House reboot, Fuller House, have arrived and OMG, the feels are real! The Tanner family is back in the home they grew up in, with some new little additions to the bunch as well. The original cast members including Candace Cameron Bure (DJ), Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky), Bob Saget (Danny), Dave Coulier (Uncle Joey), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie), Andrea Barber (Kimmy), and John Stamos (Uncle Jessie) are together again in these heartwarming first photos from the series. Fuller House follows DJ as she returns to her family home with her young children after being recently widowed. Read the series synopsis below!
In the spinoff series, Fuller House, the adventures that began in 1987 on Full House continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron-Bure) recently widowed and living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona, all move in to help take care of D.J.’s three boys — the rebellious 12-year-old Jackson, neurotic 7-year-old Max and her newborn baby, Tommy Jr.
In these new photos we see DJ holding one of her 3 children, the whole clan in the house again as the girls embrace, and Kimmy seemingly up to her normal antics! Check them out, but have some tissues handy because they will fill you with nostalgia and so many unprecedented emotions! Seriously, I am not OK.
I'M NOT CRYING, YOU'RE CRYING!
The cast looks better than ever, and as happy as we are to be back in the Tanner home! The only ones missing are, unfortunately, the Olsen twins. How they will handle the missing girls is unknown, but it sure will be interesting, and most certainly not easy. Even with the twins not being involved, having the rest of the cast on board is good enough for me, and I'll bet no one will even notice they're missing with the three new youngins to take over their sassy little one liners and adorably sneaky smiles.
In case the photos didn't make you excited enough to tune in to Fuller House, here's the trailer as a refresher. Warning: It's a doozy.
