One of the most important moments in the history of modern gaming occurred on January 6th, not two days ago. The Oculus Team declared that the Oculus Rift - a device that's supposed to lead the arrival of virtual reality - was made available for pre-order in 20 countries and will start shipping on March 28th. This marks the beginning of virtual reality for consumers. But the most important piece of information that accompanied this announcement was the device's price.
In short, the Oculus Rift will cost $599 US and will come bundled with two games, an XBOX One controller, and the headset with built-in headphones, mic and sensor. Every VR device that follows will be competing with this price and it's frankly going to be fascinating to watch this develop. How will VR affect this industry? And will it be attached to the most anticipated game of 2016?

We know that the offices of Hello Games and Sony have discussed the possibility of VR headsets being compatible with this endless space adventure. We just don't know what the outcome of this conversation was.
Either way, it seems like a wasted opportunity if Sony don't allow No Man's Sky to feature support for their Playstation VR device. But additionally, we're actually interested in the divide between fans of this upcoming game. How will you actually play [No Man's Sky](tag:2684052)? Will you be picking it up on the Playstation 4 or on the PC? And if so, is VR something you're planning on investing in?
