Happy Friday, everyone! Let's take a moment to talk about those Academy Award nominations, who here is Team Leo? Will this be the year that Leo DiCaprio wins that long-awaited Oscar? We'll have to wait and see. Moving on swiftly, we've had another bunch of ah-mazing posts from new Creators this week, which we'll be highlighting right here in this post. From creating cool films to writing awesome opinion pieces, is there anything you guys and gals can't do? Never stop creating!

1. Why BB-8 is Amazing BY Milo Williams

If you were to ask me who the breakout starts of The Force Awakens are, I would answer with: Daisy Ridley, John Boyega and BB-8. The latter is without a doubt my new favorite Star Wars character. I'm sure there aren't many of you who'll disagree with Creator Milo Williams when he states that "BB-8 is amazing", but for all of you who aren't too familiar with this little droid, allow Milo to explain exactly why this character has captured the hearts of fans all over the world.

2. The Arkhamverse: Should It Go On? BY Joey Caruso

The avid gamers amongst you all will probably have played the Batman: Arkham Series by Rocksteady. However, the beloved Arkhamverse came to an epic close in 2015 with the release of Batman: Arkham Knight. What does that mean? Pulp Fiction meets GTA V? Can I get a HECK YEAH? It's safe to say Pulp Fiction, a Quentin Tarantino masterpiece, has multiple iconic scenes. Brand new Creator Adam Pinkman has decided to take what is arguably the most iconic of all and to recreate it in GTA V. Sound awesome? That's because it is. Using his visual effect skills he's been able to work around the limitations of the game to create THIS!

4. Directors: A Briefing of Quentin Tarantino and His Work BY Liv Winter

What would the magical world of cinema be without this creative mastermind. It's safe to say Quentin Tarantino is in a league of his own, creating masterpiece after masterpiece. In the first installment of her 'Directors Series, Creator Liv Winter takes a look at the impressive career of this influential and talented director. From Kill Bill to Inglourious Basterds, and from Jackie Brown to recently the Academy Award nominated The Hateful Eight, Liv's article is a must-read for any cinephile and Tarantino fan. Star Wars is BACK and I think it is safe to say that it is here to stay. In a little over a week we'll all be transported back to that magical time in the mid 90's - early 00's when the truth was out there. The time of The X-Files. Creator Benjamin Allen is clearly excited for the return of The X-Files and so should you. In his post he shares 11 reasons why this ISN'T a desperate cash-in attempt by Chris Carter and Fox, but in fact something we should all be looking forward to.

Paul Thomas Anderson films are a joy to watch for any cinephile. From Magnolia to Boogie Nights, and from There Will Be Blood to his most recent feature, Inherent Vice, he is definitely one of the most talented directors out there. 8. 'The Witching Season' Horror Anthology Feeds Your Halloween Cravings Year Round. BY Michael Ballif

I know, I know, Halloween is at least another 10 months away but hey, horror movies are an all year round kind of thing, I'm sure any horror fan can agree with me on that one. Are you looking for something new and exciting to watch? New Creator Michael Ballif has got just the thing for you and it's called The Witching Season, a project consisting of originally produced tales of terror, all set during the Halloween season. 9. What Will Be The "Luke, I... am your father!" Twist In The Star Wars Films To Come? BY Heath McFartay

From plot twists to speculation, from fan theories to spoilers, Star Wars fans all over the future of this franchise. Luckily the next feature is 'only' a year away, which means that a. we can speculate away for a good 12 months, and b. we'll hopefully have the answers to all of our questions this time next year. 10. Watch Dreamlike Horror Film 'He Will Come for You'. BY Alec Brynard

"A Vivid Dream. A Living Nightmare." That's the quote Creator Alec Brynard starts off his article with. Creepy much! Yes, and it's also a term I'd use to describe He Will Come For You, a film that follows a young man’s descent into madness as he is terrorized by an unknown figure from his mysterious past. If you're a fan of the horror genre then I'd definitely encourage you to give this debut effort of up-and-coming South African filmmakers Dead Monkey Productions 5 minutes and 54 seconds of your precious time, you won't be left disappointed.
