(Warning — the following contains a high level of Batman-themed snark, as well as an extended version of THAT first meeting, previously seen in the last Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer. Proceed with whatever level of caution that suggests to you is wise...)

Now, if we hadn't already realized that a movie named Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice would feature a whole lot of the Dark Knight and Man of Steel pounding on one another, the last trailer for the film took pains to reassure us that, in actual fact, it would.

What we didn't know, however, was just how snarky the pair would be along the way, with the trailer suggesting lots of face-offs (and a handful of quips) but only a moderate level of snippiness. The latest TV Spot for the movie, however, looks set to change that particular first impression...

Get Ready For Bruce Wayne To Snark The Implausibly Disguising Glasses Off Of Clark Kent

Yup, that's right.

Not only did we get to see a reprise of the previously shown Kent/Wayne showdown...

...featuring Clark pontificating about Batman's lack of due process (or any kind of actual legal authority)...

...but we also get to see Bruce verbally slap him down like a hungry hungry hippo...

"Don't believe everything you hear, son."

...before (of course) Lex Luthor turns up to get all meta

The main result of all of which?

It's now even harder to bear the wait until the film's March 25 release date.

Damnit, Bruce.

What do you think, though?
