Throughout 11 seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, those enterprising sisters have given us a variety of tips and tricks on how to better your life, but none of them have even come close to this earth-shattering innovation from Kourtney Kardashian.

She's developed an instructional guide on how to eat a Kit Kat (developed from a system that Kim taught her), and she promises that it will revolutionize the way you break off a piece of that Kit Kat bar!

Her method has SIX steps

I may not be one of those barbarians who bites right into a Kit Kat without breaking off the individual pieces, but I have definitely never needed a step-by-step guide to get through one.

Step 1: You're only eating one individual piece

According to Kourtney, you'll eat a lot less because you'll be eating it so slowly.

Step 2: Gnaw off the small chocolate ends

Those are the short ends, so this may just be the smallest amount of chocolate you've eaten in one bite.

Step 3: Work your way around the sides

Consume all the chocolate around the length of the Kit Kat. But avoid any crunch. According to Kourt, that is a big no-no.

Step 4: Start breaking up the wafer

Kourtney eats the top first, and apparently she does see a distinction in each of the layers.

Step 5: Eat the bottom wafer

That is, if you're not too exhausted from all the work you've already done on that candy bar.

Step 6: Finish off the last piece

Supposedly, the middle is the best part, so forward-thinking Kourtney saves it for last.

And just think, you could do this four more times! Spend your whole afternoon breaking apart a Kit Kat bar, and Kourtney promises you'll never go back to that archaic method of just eating it.
