According to People magazine, Beyonce has some serious competition in the family when it comes to film and television because her new stepsister, Bianca Lawson, has TWO decades of experience under her belt. Tina Knowles recently married Bianca's father, Richard Lawson. Tina Knowles credits Blue Ivy as the matchmaker between her and Richard. Tina said, "{In September} we went on a boat with Beyonce and Jay-Z for her birthday, and when we came out one night dressed to go to dinner, Blue said, 'Oh, ya'll look beautiful. When are ya'll getting married?'" Then Richard replies, 'Oh, Blue, soon. Do you approve?' And she said yes," the newlywed adds. "That's the first time we talked seriously about getting married." Seven months later, Knowles and Lawson were married on a yacht in Newport Beach, California, with Blue Ivy as the flower girl.

Richard Lawson's daughter, Bianca Lawson, was in the spotlight way before Beyonce was as an actress. According to IMDB.com, Bianca Lawson was born on March 29, 1979 in Los Angeles, CA. Lawson is African-American and of Italian, Native American, Portuguese, and Creole descent. She is 36 years old and can still believably play characters that are half her age in television and film! In 1993, at the age of 14, she played Megan Jones on Saved by the Bell: The New Class. Hollywood actors have spent millions of dollars trying to fight Father Time but she has seemed to find the fabled Fountain of Youth as she continues to stay forever young on the Hollywood silver screens and in real life through the years. She has had numerous theatrical roles in Primary Colors, Bones, Breakin' All the Rules, and Save the Last Dance. Who could forget the tension between Kerry Washington's character, Chenille, and Bianca Lawson's character, Nikki, in the 2001 dance classic?

According to US Weekly, Bianca explained the reason for her youthful appearance by saying, "I think it's genetics. I'm not a super-healthy person!" Lawson joked of her much younger roles to After Ellen in July 2010. "I am kind of lazy, I eat tons of junk food. I feel really blessed that I get to play all these great characters even though they might be a lot younger or whatever their age. I feel happy about it."

She is perhaps best known for her regular roles in the television series: Saved by the Bell: The New Class, Goode Behavior, Pretty Little Liars, and Rogue. She has also had recurring roles in the series: Sister, Sister, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Steve Harvey Show, Dawson's Creek, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, and Witches of East End.

She is an inspiration to women of all colors because she plays all of these strong, bold, and courageous characters who aren't afraid to speak their minds. Intelligent. Bold. Fearless.
