Ever since the second Batman vs Superman trailer debut on Jimmy Kimmel live, everyone has been bragging about the spoilers it contained. Well, if it were a MCU movie, it would definitely be considered spoiled because of the nature of the movies they make. I mean, an MCU movie (most of them) has a plot that can be written in a A4 size page which doesn't has many twist and turns. Though some of them have a good story with some depth.
A DCU movie on the other hand has a lot of twists and turns. And, the truth is, it needs to be that way otherwise it would fail because it needs to build that depth to keep the audience engaged.
Anyway, back to the topic of spoilers in trailers of BvS. Here are a few examples of things that we don't know about the movie.
What is Wonder Woman doing in the movie
Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman is seen in a Lex Luthor's party with Bruce Wayne and is seen fighting doomsday next. How did she get involved and what's playing in her mind?how she came to know about doomsday and how she appeared to seemingly save batman at the exact time from the heat vision blast? was she following doomsday after he was released? Those are big questions to be answered.
Can anyone explain the below scene?
There have been many speculation about this scene - Superman/Bizarro kneeling in front of lex. Can anyone confirm the events that led to this scene? I doubt there's anyone who can.
How did Lex Luthor manipulated the two superheroes to fight one another?
I really doubt that this will be answered before the movie releases.
How is Doomsday mythos explored
Zack Snyder said that you can't just have doomsday without his mythology explained. How has that been done. That's a question that needs answering.
In my opinion, there's a lot that hasn't been explained and spoiled about the movie. About the marketing strategy of WB, I believe that they're following a plan :
1. Phase-1: create curiosity among audience by not showing the villain.
2. Phase-2: increase the hype by showing the powerful villain that the heroes are going up against .
3. Phase -3: keep showing teasers until the final trailer releases which mostly shows whatever we have already seen.
