The mystery-thriller show 'Pretty Little Liars' graced our television screens with season 6B's premiere episode last week on January 12th, 2015 on Freeform (formerly known as ABC Family). The show's creator Marlene King unraveled one of the most far-fetched mysteries of modern television with the shocking (or not) reveal of A who turned out to be Charlotte DiLaurentis aka Cece Drake.
In the premiere episode of PLL 6B, we moved five years ahead of time and the liars led an A-free life for nearly half a decade to establish themselves professionally. Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale) became an eminent writer; Hanna Marin (Ashley Benson) flourished in the field of fashion while Spencer Hastings (Trioan Bellisario) worked in Washington D.C.
Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell), on the other hand, struggled to keep up with her career owing to her father's unexpected demise. Furthermore, her character is pretty intense and dark this season.
After the liars were summoned by Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse), now a teacher at Rosewood High, things took a drastic turn (which was obviously expected). She wanted the four liars to testify that Charlotte DiLaurentis was no longer a threat to their lives. While most of them stood up for Alison, Aria resented which, eventually led to Charlotte's death a few hours later. While some claimed she committed suicide, I knew it from the very beginning that Charlie was in fact, murdered by someone. Without question, the unexpected death of former A-team leader will inevitably lead to a series of investigations, but the question to put forward here is; who could have killed Charlotte?
I, for one believe that one of the liars had her killed, and no, it's not Aria this time around. It has to be either Hanna or Alison. Moreover, I also deem Jason a prime suspect in the murder investigation. He could be the leader of the A game. But let's see who is unmasked as Cyber A in the coming season of PLL.
Who do you think killed Charlotte DiLaurentis?
