Star Wars Revenge of the Sith Review

The Best of the prequels. It follows once again Obi-Wan and Anakin. The movie starts out well with Obi-Wan and Anakin on mission to rescue Palpatine from Grievous and Dooku. Throughout the whole film we see the relationship between Obi-Wan and Anakin dwindle significantly. Obi-Wan is charged with finding and defeating Greivous while Anakin becomes the personal guard and consultant for Palpatine. We learn in the film that Padme, Anakin's wife is pregnant. Anakin has visions of her dying in child birth and wants to learn whatever way to save her. He confides to Palpatine who we learn is the Sith Lord Sidious and Anakin becomes his Apprentice. There is an attempt of an arrest for Palpatine but it fails, after which Palpatine reveals his plan in the form of Order 66 which kills all the Jedi except Yoda and Obi-Wan. All these events eventually culminate to the point where Obi-Wan finds out the truth and both him and Anakin clash. Obi-Wan is the winner while Anakin is badly injured but alive. He becomes Darth Vader, while Padme due to Anakin almost killing her with a force choke, dies immediately after giving birth to both Luke and Leia.

Overall this movie was the best of the prequels and deserves a better score than the other two this deserves a 6 out of 10
