The Marvel Cinematic Universe is one that has created some of the most iconic characters in history. These characters went on to gross BILLIONS of dollars for Marvel and the past few years have dominated the film industry. Every comic fan's dream is finally coming true as we are finally getting the quality on-screen representation of the characters that they deserve.

One of the pioneers of Marvel Comics, the King Stan Lee, can always be expected to pop up in a cameo for any Marvel film. With the immense success of the Avengers films, the X-Men franchise, and the soon to be hit Spider-Man reboot with Tom Holland, our king of comics would love to see them all in the same film!

Stan Lee Wants To See A Marvel Team-Up Film!

Comic fans have always been enamored by the idea of their favorite superheroes teaming up to face a potentially world ending evil. Some of Marvel's biggest critical successes have had to do with this same concept. The legend of all legends Stan Lee expressed his interest in seeing all of his creations team up on the big screen, particularly Spider-Man, The Avengers, and The X-Men.

While speaking with Digitalspy, Stan the Man commented on his desire to see these heroes team up! Check it out:

"I would love to see that," he admitted. "Though there are so many of them now that I don't know if they'd all fit on the screen!

"Little by little, they are appearing and guest-starring in each other's movies. It's such fun, because any one of them could fit into another movie - there's always a way to write it.

"When I was writing the comics, I would always have somebody guest-starring in somebody else's story. It's fun to write and I think the readers and the audiences like it too."

Could This Crossover Actually Be Possible?

When Sony and Disney came to an agreement to bring Spider-Man to the MCU last year, fans' excitement was through the roof. We know that Spider-Man will make his first MCU appearance in Captain America: Civil War, the only issue left is the X-Men. Fox's X-Men franchise has been one of the most successful for over a decade and shows no signs of slowing down.

With Fox's recent over haul of the X-Men Universe, we will see an entirely new cast which could be used for years to come. With all the success that Fox has had, it is unlikely that a deal with Marvel would come together, but maybe a 1 to 2 picture deal would be possible.

They Could Do A Secret Wars Event!

One of the most revered runs in Marvel history is Secret Wars. The plot is basically all of our favorite heroes and villains are mysteriously transported to a planet to battle it out. If you haven't read the original 2 Secret Wars, or this past years run, I highly recommend them. This could be great cinematically for both sides. Granted, there would be a lot of moving parts at work in order to get a Secret Wars film to work, but I think Marvel could figure it out!

It Would Work Out For Both Sides!

If you follow comics at all, you know that Marvel is slowly ended both the X-Men and Fantastic 4 franchises basically out of spite towards Fox. If a picture deal were put in place, not only would both sides benefit from an amazing cinematic experience and high revenues, but Marvel may just consider reviving the dying franchises. Only time will tell however, personally I would love to see our favorite heroes team up on the big screen, It would be really epic! EXCELSIOR!
