Texas based businessman are currently working to bring your childhood time-travel fantasies to life by resurrecting the original DeLorean car from Back To The Future.

After 33 years out of action, the iconic vehicle is being brought back to life by British mechanic Stephen Wynne who has been selling refurbished DeLoreans since 1995. However, thanks to a change in manufacturing laws, he can now start building the legendary movie model from scratch.

He said:

“It’s fantastic. It is a game-changer for us. We’ve been wanting this happen. It’s huge for us. It means we are back as a car company again. There’s no reason to change the appearance of the car. As we go into the programme, we’ll decide what areas need to be freshened up.”

The new cars will cost around $100,000 and will feature the winged doors used by Doc Brown and Marty McFly in Back to the Future.

“The DeLorean is such an iconic, futuristic car, we had to do something to bring it into the future.
“It still turns heads whenever and wherever you drive one - and I drive one to work every day.”

Who wouldn't want to drive one to work every day?
