I'm going to cut straight to the chase, the Green Arrow is getting his infamous goatee. Though Arrow star Stephen Amell had previously claimed he would never wear the stylish facial hair, in a recent live Facebook video, Amell had this to say:

Now, the goatee wasn't the only thing that was mentioned. We also have:

One-Armed Oliver

In The Dark Knight Returns and occasionally in other stories, Queen is portrayed with only one arm. This doesn't stop the Emerald Archer too much though. It's his arrow that ultimately defeats Superman in the aforementioned story. Wanna know how he did it? Let's just say that hanging upside down and pulling the bow with his teeth is run-of-the-mill for One-armed-Oliver.

Connor Hawke

The second Green Arrow, and illegitimate son of Queen, Hawke takes up the mantle of his father in the near future. He is able to carry on the Arrow legacy by serving in the JLA and defending the streets of Star City.

How it affects the Flarrowverse.

Besides the probability of father/son conflict.

Well, we pretty much know that this episode (Legend of Tomorrow Ep. 106) will take place in the future. Because of Oliver's arm, it makes one wonder if more hints at Superman and Batman will arise. Obviously having the goatee is enough to get fans excited, but seeing two Green Arrows on the same screen might just be too much to handle. We've possibly seen Connor, though he currently goes by the name of William. Now it's possible that Connor will be brand new to the 'verse, I suspect that the directors and writers will exploit that subplot.

But no matter what happens, the goatee will be enough.[DC's Legends of Tomorrow](tag:2937021)airs on Thursdays at 8:00 P.M., so don't miss it!
