Horror fans might not want it but they're all gonna get it... another horror remake has infected the airwaves, and this one takes the word 'remake' to a whole new level... Eli Roth's 2002 horror hit Cabin Fever has been remade — with exactly the same script.
The same script, but different deaths — so gore fans will be happy, at least? Check out the trailer for the 2016 Cabin Fever.
Now here's the trailer for the original 2002 Cabin Fever, as it's kinda interesting to watch the two side by side.
Even knowing that the same script was used 14 years later, it's still startling to see such stark similarities between the two movies.
2002 Cabin Fever vs 2016 Cabin Fever
"When you've known someone a long time, you just want to kiss them just to see if they're a good kisser."
Who wasn't traumatized by this scene?

Something nasty in the woodshed...
The leg shave to end all leg shaves
I'll go to see the Cabin Fever remake simply because it was probably 2002 when I last saw the original movie and I definitely liked it — well, I remember retching at the leg shave scene, anyhow. I even enjoyed the universally reviled Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever so I'm sure I'll have fun watching the 2016 remake...
Another terrible symptom of remake fatigue or an interesting twist on a classic?
