It's no lie that Star Wars: The Force Awakens was the beacon of hope that the franchise needed to get its blood pumping once more. Fans may nitpick the film but it was near perfect in my eyes. With five more films on their way within the next four years, Disney is going to make haste when it comes to production.

Now, casting for films like these is imperative. I have decided to share my dream casting for the (rumored) Boba Fett and (confirmed) Han Solo films respectively slated for a release in 2020 and 2018.

Han Solo: Anthony Ingruber

With the untitled Han Solo-centric Star Wars spinoff movie still two years away, Disney is already closing on a lucky actor who will step into the boots of the galaxy's most infamous smuggler. The company has most recently narrowed a shortlist of thousands down to just a dozen who could be selected to take home the keys of the Millennium Falcon, including Dave Franco, Scott Eastwood, Miles Teller, Ansel Elgort, Jack Reynor, Logan Lerman, Emory Cohen, and Blake Jenner.

Unfortunately, Ingruber is nowhere to be found on the list. To not cast Ingruber would be a bad move on Disney's part as fans are in an uproar wanting him to take on the role. I am afraid to say that I am in complete agreement with the fans on this one. Check out Anthony's impression of the character below if you haven't already.

Now I'm not doubting the talents of the other actors in the list, but I don't believe any of them can carry the swagger of the character and the mannerisms as Anthony can. If you've got another pick for the scruffy-looking nerfherder, let me know below.

Boba Fett: Pana Hema Taylor

The 26 year-old New Zealand actor of Maori descent shares a striking resemblance to Tameura Morrison, the actor who portrayed Jango Fett in Episode II. The resistance is so uncanny that casting would be getting away with murder. The actor is pretty much an unknown. He is mostly known for his role as 'Nasir' in the Spartacus series. This role would only help to establish his career as it has done in the past with Natalie Portman and most recently, John Boyega and Daisy Ridley.

Daniel Logan (2nd Pick)

What better way to pay tribute to the prequels than to cast the kid who essentially grew up with the role? He debuted in Episode II as the child destined to become the Mandalorian bounty hunter and voicing an adolescent aged version of the character for The Clone Wars. I've never seen an actor so passionate about a character he portrays. He has voiced numerous times that he longs to returns to the franchise in some way, shape, or form.

Billie Lourd: Princess Leia (If Necessary)

Although the Han Solo film takes place a whole decade before the events of A New Hope, we fans can never say never. After all, we still have the upcoming Rogue One, which is rumored to feature Boba Fett and Darth Vader. Maybe the Han Solo film could flash-forward several years. Billie Lourd, daughter of Princess Leia herself, Carrie Fisher, is the spitting image of her mother. Lourd has made her debut in FOX's hit horror-comedy series, Scream Queens, which has just been renewed for a second season. Unfortunately, her cameo in The Force Awakens dismisses the possibilities of her appearing in the franchise yet again as another character.

And those are all of my picks for the upcoming Star Wars anthologies. Share your honest opinion. If you have any other character(s) that you'd like me to cast an actor for or vice-versa, let me know below. Until then, may the force be with you.
