Fan's of Arrow are often divided on the matter of Oliver and Felicity being together. Some love it, some hate it, and others just want people to stop arguing about it (I more in the group of people that just can't figure out what Laurel's actually contributing anymore).

But no matter where you stand on those little issues right now, there's no denying our little group are in for some tough times in the coming episodes. According to a report in TVLine, showrunner Wendy Mericle has admitted that Felicity's struggles with her wheelchair are nowhere near over, and viewers will still see her face obstacles in the coming episodes. Mericle said:

"There's a big decision she and Oliver are going to make at the end of [Episode 413, airing Feb. 10], and it will inform a journey in 414 and 415 that she goes on with respect to how she's going to handle being in a relationship, from the point of view of somebody who's in a wheelchair. It's a very small thing, but it is powerful and it is very emotional."

The upcoming episode will also touch on the big reveal that took place last week, the identity of Felicity's father. Now that the viewers know that Oliver's fiance is the daughter of hacktivist The Calculator, also known as Noah Cutler.

These events will affect Felicity greatly as well and her character will be torn, Mericle added:

"She wants to believe that her father loves her and that he has a vested interest in who she is and knowing her and having a relationship with her, and she feels very torn about that -- even though she knows right off that bat, at the top of [next episode], who he really is."

In another interview with TV Line, Mericle revealed more about the father and daughter relationship that is set to cause serious issues throughout the show and how it will all shape the coming episodes. The showrunner promised that the show will get to know the "complicated" father more in the next episode and viewers will gain insight into the reasons for his actions.

The other characters are set to face their own set of challenges as well (as if anyone would catch a break, right?). Oliver will consider an offer from Nyssa, who will also share an intimate chat with Laurel, where she confides in her somewhat sister in-law. The synopsis revealed that Thea is still fighting the irresistible blood lust while her biological father Malcolm Merlyn will be trying to help her.

The CW have released the official Arrow episode description, which you can read for yourselves below:

NYSSA MAKES OLIVER AN OFFER – Oliver (Stephen Amell) receives an offer from Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) that is hard to refuse. Meanwhile, Thea (Willa Holland) continues to battle the blood lust, Malcolm (John Barrowman) steps in to help his daughter, and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) has a heart to heart talk with Nyssa. Gordon Verheul directed the episode written by Ben Sokolowski & Keto Shimizu.

The trailer expands a little more on the plotline for the next episode, as it's revealed that Oliver will be tasked to kill his sister's father Malcolm by Nyssa and a duel is set to take place between the two men.

Could we be about to witness the fall of another Demon's Head? I for one hope not because John Barrowman is one of my favourite parts of the show. Complain all you like about the good guys, but when this show has a great bad guy, they are utterly fantastic (hell I'd still watch, even if it was just Malcolm Merlyn and Damien Darhk).

But we shall all find out on Wednesday 10th. Sound off with your thoughts and speculation in the comments section, and as always, stay classy.
