From 2005 'til 2011, twins Zack and Cody Martin were living the ultimate dream in the hit Disney series The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and The Suite Life on Deck – I mean, who wouldn't want to live in a hotel or aboard a ship?!

Twins Cole and Dylan Sprouse headed up the series in which the pair got up to all kinds of mischief alongside the various others who worked at the Tipton hotel.

But five years after the sequel series ended, just how sweet is life for the former Disney stars? Take a look and see for yourself:

Following Suite Life and Suite Life on Deck, Cole entered New York University alongside his brother, Dylan, where he focussed on humanities and archaeology before graduating in May 2015.

After staying out of show biz for the better part of 5 years, this week it was announced that Cole is breaking out on his own to take on the role of Jughead Jones in the CW pilot Riverdale, a series inspired by Archie comics. Sprouse is obviously stoked to be heading back to show business, sharing a cleverly edited picture of himself wearing Jughead's famous whoopie cap:

Along with his picture, Cole included a lengthy caption in which he thanked all his fans for sticking by him, and assured Archie fans that he plans on representing the character of Jughead as faithfully as possible – including dying his hair, writing:

So as some of you may have already heard, I'm returning to acting. I'm glad to announce I just got cast as Jughead in CW's official Riverdale series -based on the comics...To the Archie fans~As you know, an actor is only one ingredient responsible for the way a character takes shape. Jughead is a very well established and beloved character from a very forward thinking comic series. I personally intend on representing that narrative very faithfully. I'm very aware of what he represents to his fanbase and for character representation as a whole. From my side, I got you guys, and considering the CW is very well versed in comic adaptations, I'm sure they do too. (And yes I plan darkening my hair)...I appreciate you guys stickin with me, even when I left acting. Excited to invade your private space through your TV sets one more time.

Whoa, with that kind of dedication, I can only imagine that he's going to nail the role, am I right?!
