Warner Brothers had some ground to make up for after the second Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer was released. Even though we know how the fight is going to end, fans and critics weren't too happy with the reveal of Wonder Woman joining up with the title heroes, and the reveal of the villain Doomsday was less than spectacular.

I don't think I'm alone in saying that after seeing the above image in the trailer, some enthusiasm was lost for the film. But all that changed with the release of the final trailer. For the most part it is a remix of scenes with some minor extensions that we've already seen. But when we see our new Dark Knight in action, it's clear that he will be the most physically powered and agile Batman we have ever had on film.

The trailer opens with Batman dropping into action from the new Batwing with the assistance of it seems a more battle ready Alfred. Crashing through a floor, Batman wastes no time in disposing of a group of thugs, in what looks like it could be one of the best choreographed Batman fights on film to date.

This new brutal fighting style that we are getting is in no doubt coming from the fact that this Bruce Wayne/Batman will be a much angrier take on the character than we have seen in the past. When asked about his incarnation of the character, Ben Affleck had this to say: (Source - CinemaBlend)

He’s on the verge of being swallowed up by the anger and the rage that we see haunt this character in the other manifestations of it. But this guy is further down the line and has become more embittered and cynical.

We are definitely seeing some of that rage coming out in his fighting, and the cynical nature of the character will definitely be a catalyst for him to try to take out the man of steel. Batman might be picking a fight he can't win, but at least we know now that it'll be a fight well worth the price of admission.
