Here we go again! Just when you thought all was puppies and roses on the West-Swift front!

This week, on episode 1,453,967 of the Taylor Swift/Kanye drama, Taylor Swift takes to her publicist to respond to Kanye's vulgar lyrics about her, and Kanye takes to Twitter to say she isn't being truthful, and to soak up all the free promo for his new album. Who will come out on top this time?

So, in case you haven't heard, Kanye West debuted a song titled Famous at the album release party for his upcoming album called The Life of Pablo. In the song, Kanye references Swift, rapping:

“I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous,”

Taylor Swift wasted no time responding, and basically dropped the mic on Kanye, calling his lyrics out for what they were: Misogynistic, vulgar, and suggestive that her success as an artist came from him behaving like an a**hole. Taylor's publicist responded:

"Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single 'Famous' on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric ‘I made that bitch famous.'"

In other words, Taylor said to Kanye:

Hate to say it, but she's right, Kanye's lyrics about her are completely misogynistic, and only further prove Kanye's character is about as good as a dumpster smells. Also, this is a married father of two, talking about how he might still have sex with someone else? Even if there is no merit to it, and the lyrics are metaphorical, what purpose do they serve but to come down on a successful woman by hyper-sexualizing her?

But don't you worry, it doesn't end there. It gets better.

If you know anything about Kanye, he did not take Taylor's response lying down, in fact, he blessed us with one of his infamous Twitter rants! I live for these, and man it's a good one! Kanye calls out Taylor, claiming she was well aware of the lyrics, and that they even had an hour long phone call laughing about them!

Hmmm...something seems fishy, my instincts tell me Taylor and Kanye West would not be able to be on the phone with eachother for an hour, and that Taylor would, in no world, find his lyrics funny. She's like the Wonder Woman of female empowerment! Check out Kanye's rant below!

Well, Kanye, you are already caught in a lie, because you have, and did...MTV Music Awards anyone?

Ok, I AM on board with that, but why can't artists not be censored and have an understanding of how their work could potentially harm?

Sorry, but that doesn't really say much.

Receipts please....

Right, but not to everyone my friend, especially women.

NOW this is getting good folks, oh just wait...

But is calling a women a B*tch and then saying all of her success is only because of you, a man, art?

Pretty sure DMX just got arrested...

Eh, finally we agree on something... but I have to say it, I'm team Taylor in this. Kanye's lyrics are unnecessary and continue to propel a misogynistic message in hip-hop culture, and misogyny isn't art. I would like to see Kanye use his talent's to lift up successful women, like his wife, and his young daughter who will one day be navigating the waters of making a life and career for herself.

Come on Kanye! I still believe you are better than this, I'm keeping the faith!
