In what has become a routine announcement by this point, you may be (un)surprised to hear that Kanye West is caught in controversy yet again. If you thought the man was finally calming down a little following his seemingly smooth performance on Saturday Night Live last weekend, you might want to think again.
It turns out that Kanye threatened to walk off the show after freaking about a few last minute design changes to the set. In a shocking audio clip that's just leaked online, he sounds pretty angry about the situation and also takes the opportunity to address his ongoing feud with Taylor Swift:
"Look at that shit, they took my fucking stage off a SNL without asking me. Now I'm bummed. That and Taylor Swift, fake ass."
As the clip continues, Kanye and his infamous ego come through in full force. He goes on to say:
"Now I ain't gonna do this, we're breaking the motherfucking Internet. I went through six years of this fucking shit. Let's get to it, bro. Let's get to it, bro. Are they fucking crazy, bro?
By 50 percent. Stanley Kubrick, Apostle Paul, Picasso... fucking Picasso and Escobar. By 50 percent, more influential than any other human being. Don't fuck with me. Don't fuck with me. Don't fuck with me. By 50 percent, dead or alive, by 50 percent for the next thousand years. Stanley Kubrick. Ye.
Nice one, Kanye. You can hear his full tirade (uncensored) in the video below:
Although he did post a series of tweets yesterday, before the audio was released, hinting that he may be at least trying to be a little more modest.
Hmm, this latest story certainly hasn't done him any favors in that regard.
