I'm not ashamed to admit I'm a bit of a fan when it comes to superheroes and their sidekicks, but, I assure you, I'm not the only one. Andre Rajoelina is one such fan who has used his artistic skills to create a series of images he calls 'Super Family' which portray our favorite heroes as either caring parents or adorable little kids. Don't think that's possible? See for yourself!
Magneto And His Brotherhood Of Evil Munchkins
I can just imagine the mighty Magneto to be the old grandfather type who shares stories with his mutant grandkids and sneaks them candy when he thinks their parents aren't looking. Quite different from the criminal mastermind we usually see, eh?
The Xavier's Institute of Adorable Mutants
Professor X was alway the fatherly type but imagine him surrounded by mischievous little mutant children, most of which are eager to show off their untrained powers to their fellow mutant friends.
The Avengers: The Earth's Mightiest Kids
Never thought of Nick Fury as the fatherly figure but I love how, even at preschooler age, Tony and Bruce were already best friends and Thor's little cape is just too adorable!
Spider Man... Nope. Just Nope.
This one always pierces me right in the feels. I love little Peter Parker with his equally little camera, but the ghost of Uncle Ben is just too much to handle. Too soon. Still too soon.
Green Arrow and His Merry Men
The Queen manner must be quite a mess with two little archers using anything in sight (preferably something, old, expensive and breakable) as target practice. You'd think Green Arrow would teach them a little discipline but just look at them, can you really stay mad at that?
Flash and Kid Flash: Two Peas in a Pod
By far the cutest combo I've ever seen. I can just imagine these two strolling across Central City (breaking the sound barrier probably) to go buy some Ice cream on warm summer mornings. Just your average speedster outing, actually.
First Day of Wonder Academy
Although still an amazonian warrior princess at heart, nothing could stop Wonder Woman from escorting little Wonder Girl to her first day of hero school.
Green Lantern and Nope! Not Going Through This Again
Although, personally I think this isn't as sad as the Spiderman art it's still sad that there seems to be a lack of little Green Lantern boy/girl scouts running around the corps.
One Big Super Family
Superman may have thought he was the sole survivor of his planet but he found just as wonderful a family on Earth with Superboy and Supergirl. A little superpowered mischievous won't do anyone any harm, hopefully...
The Unbreakable Bat Family
School yard bullies be ware, bully Robin or Batgirl and you deal with the whole bat family. Admit it, you can totally imagine Alfred making fresh cookies for these little bat kids (while Bruce steals some for himself, of course).
So there you go! some of the best works of Rojoelina's 'Super Family' collection but trust me when I tell you to go check out the rest, you won't regret it!
