Warning: This article contains spoilers for Episode 10, Season 6 of 'The Walking Dead.'

If you've already watched the latest episode of The Walking Dead, you probably have quite a few questions on your mind: How long has this Richonne thing been going on? Will it last? Is this serious?

Tell Us, Scott!

Thankfully, showrunner Scott M. Gimple gives us a few hints as to what's in store for Rick and Michonne, a.k.a Richonne, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly:

"These are two people who have suddenly realized — pretty much at exactly the same time, on that couch — what they already had together and who they already were to each other. This isn’t a one-night stand. And what they have was already there, before they even kissed."

That is so beautiful it's hard not to picture a little wedding ceremony in episode 11. Jesus could be the priest. Isn't that why he showed up? Isn't it?

Finding An Everyday Context

Gimple goes on to explain that it was important that both characters feel a bit more relaxed than usual, less threatened by their environment, to be able to start this relationship. "It was all about finding an everyday context," he says.

It's understandable that when you're being chased around by walkers, you don't really have time to ponder your next move with that guy you like.

Have They Kissed Before?

What if the reason Rick seemed so chill, listening to music in the car and all, is that the relationship had been going on for a while already? We know that a few weeks have passed at the start of Episode 10, so if you think the couch wasn't the first piece of furniture to host a Richonne smooching session, you can read about the first signs of flirting here.

Is Michonne Andrea?

The readers will know that in the comics, Rick starts a relationship with Andrea at around the same time, but Andrea is gone in the TV version. According to Gimple, there's a bit of Andrea in Michonne:

"The Andrea story from the comics has been broken up and given to several different characters. This is one of those instances."

Is This Going To Last?

The only thing we're hoping for now is that we don't see a pattern in the fates of Rick's love interests.

Until then, watch the scene again below:
