Want to find out how Bryan Mills got to be such a boss? The Taken franchise is coming to NBC in a thrilling new series, set to star Vikings actor Clive Standen!

Liam Neeson played the badass dad in the original three films, and it's really the perfect opportunity for a prequel series, since film-Bryan already told us that he acquired his very particular set of skills over a very long career. The Taken series will tell the story of Bryan's life in the CIA, before the wife and kid and kidnappings.

Alex Graves (Game of Thrones) is set to direct the first episode, which you can start watching on NBC later this year.
