If you're not already in the know, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Zac Efron are pairing up to star in a new Baywatch movie. Director Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses, Four Christmases) recently started filming and those involved are already excitedly sharing behind-the-scenes looks on their Instagrams.
The cast also includes Alexandra Daddario, Ilfenesh Hadera, Kelly Rohrbach, Priyanka Chopra and Jon Bass, but is looking to add one more veteran Baywatch member to its ranks.
It's hard to imagine a Baywatch movie without the blonde bombshell who helped make the '90s show so popular: Pamela Anderson.
Anderson, who played C. J. Parker for five years, is still teasing fans as to whether or not she plans on returning. The Baywatch alumna recently spoke to ET Canada and said that the initial offer wasn't enough for her to don that red suit and swim out of retirement:
"I haven't turned it down completely yet. But I have turned down what they offered me. But we'll see what happens."
Well, at least it's not a hard pass. We may still see Pamela Anderson running toward the project in slow motion in the near future.
The 'Baywatch' movie is scheduled for release on May 19, 2017.
