We all love interviews with our favorite stars but sometimes the interviewer catches them on a bad day or they ask a question they shouldn't ask. It can make a lot of people nervous sitting across from the biggest star of the year. These are my top five awkward interviews that made me cringe as I watched them.

5. Jonah Hill

As all actors do with a successful movie, they go through interviews to promote their movie, such as Jonah Hill and Michael Cera did for Superbad. The interviewer takes insults a step up by saying, "I didn't find the movie funny in the slightest." Probably not the best thing said to the famous people you are interviewing. If I were them I would have stopped the interview right then. Have a look at this interview as the interviewer gets very disrespectful to Jonah and Michael. However, fans of the Cornetto trilogy will know that this interview is, in fact, a parody, featuring the originally-billed director of Ant-Man, Edgar Wright, as the rude interviewer - but that doesn't make it any less awkward to watch!

4. Jennifer Carpenter

Jennifer Carpenter played Debrah in Showtime's TV series Dexter. Her Co-Star and ex-husband Michael C. Hall have always seemed very professional especially after their divorce. When asked about the divorce Jennifer tears up talking about it. Personally I don't think that should have been a question that was asked even though it came from a fan.

3. Robert Downey Jr.

It says on the title 'Robert Downey Jr. walks out of interview when asked about past', though they weren't asking innocent questions, he was asking about his dark past. Including the times when he was on drugs and had a criminal background. I can't imagine how hard it is to get a interview with Robert, therefore I wouldn't push my luck.

2. Mike Tyson

Mike Tyson has showed us many times that he is not afraid to say what is on his mind. In this interview he was disrespected to say the least, once again his background being used against him. Politics and Boxing already doesn't sound like a great mix, so bring Tyson's past mistakes, was disrespectful.

1. Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence is absolutely beautiful and a huge sensation with her movies. A lot of people look up to her courage to say what is on her mind. Did she cross the line though at the Golden Globes? Not being shy is one thing, but she really showed no empathy to the man trying to interview her.

What have we learned here? I think if you are interviewing someone of importance to choose your words wisely, you don't want to be 'the worst interview they ever had.

Whose interview made you cringe the most?
