John Stamos talking all types of chat about the Olsen twins failing to return to the Full House sequel Fuller House has been pretty well documented. One the one hand he's said he'd love to have them back, on the other it seems like he'd rather they didn't. And quite frankly, it just seems like poor Uncle Jesse can't seem to grasp the fact that they've moved on with their lives.
Well, despite the entire first season of Fuller House now being done and dusted all sans Olsens, Stamos is still holding out hope that one or both of the twins might pop up for a guest appearance in Season 2 -- even after a number of disses on the show!
Following the confirmation of Season 2 of the series, Stamos appeared on the Today show, and told host Matt Lauer that he has a "good feeling" the Olsen twins may appear on the show, saying:
"They're totally welcome. I was going to see Ashley last night and beg her to be on the show. I have a good feeling about it."
Yeesh, begging Ashley Olsen to appear on the show? Come on John, you're better than that, man!
The Olsen twins were actors for their entire childhood, but with Mary-Kate's last credited appearance being in 2011, and Ashley's in 2009, it's fair to say the pair have well and truly moved on with their lives. These days the duo run the extremely successful fashion line Elizabeth and James, as well as couture label The Row. In 2012 and 2015 the twins were named Womenswear Designer of the Year, an award previously won by designers such as Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang and Oscar de la Renta among other huge names in fashion.
'Fuller House' is now streaming on Netflix
On a scale of "cut it out" to "you got it dude" what do you think the likelihood of either Olsen appearing on 'Fuller House' is?
