According to The Hollywood Reporter, J.K Simmons will not reprise he's role as J. Jonah Jameson, but instead turn to DC to play Batman's friend and helper, Commissioner Gordon. This is a surprise to me, as for many of you for sure, since he didn't even revealed he wanted the role.

So this probably means he will also play him in the solo Batman movie, right? That sounds good.

Squeduled to start filming in April, "Justice League Part One" is scheduled to open on November 17, 2017. The movie will have Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot that we will first see in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" by the end of this month.

I am quite sad to hear that he will not be Jonah Jameson anymore, but really interested to see how he will interpert the character after Gary Oldman, exceptional take on the character.
