(Warning - if you don't want to know any plot details whatsoever for future episodes of Legends of Tomorrow, then SPOILERS are very much to be found below. It also might be worth avoiding TV, since everything you read below may well turn up in a teaser trailer in the near future...)

Now, from a decidedly geeky perspective, one of the most fundamentally exciting elements of Legends of Tomorrow is the fact that, being able to hop through time, the show is has the potential to bring back previous 'Flarrowverse' cast members any time it likes - irrespective of whether they're alive or dead in the present day.

Which, in March 31st's episode, 'Left Behind', means...

We're Going to Get to See Ra's al Ghul Again

And by Ra's al Ghul, I do very much mean the Matt Nable-portrayed version of the villain - who, it seems, we're going to get to see at work in the 1950's. As the official synopsis puts it:

SARA RETURNS TO THE LEAGUE OF ASSASSINS – Ray (Brandon Routh), Sara (Caity Lotz) and Kendra (Ciara Renée) are shocked after they watch the Waverider fly off without them, leaving them stranded in the ‘50s. After waiting months for their teammates to come back, the three realize they must move on with their lives. Ray and Kendra bond as a couple but Sara decides to return to the League of Assassins and Ra’s al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable)."

Which, a) sounds an awful like a particularly heart-breaking issue of Marvel's acclaimed Exiles series, and b) sounds like exactly the sort of inherently-intriguing, character-based episode that we all want to see. But, y'know, also with Assassin-fighting.

Now all we have to do is survive the wait until March 31...

What do you reckon, though?
