Has anyone else spent the past few hours freeze-framing the Captain America: Civil War trailer that was released this morning?

Good. It's not just me. I mean, did you see Spider-Man's new suit?!

Did you notice that the trailer included a homage to a classic moment from Avengers featuring Hawkeye and Ant-Man?

Hawkeye fires an arrow into a sky. A close-up reveals Ant-Man atop one of the arrowheads. Ant-Man may be small, but he is mighty and unafraid to battle Iron Man.

For anyone who has read Ed Hannigan and Klaus Janson's Avengers, Issue 223, you will notice the same image recreated from the cover, in which Hawkeye's arrow is pointed at the reader, with Scott Lang laying on the arrowhead. It is in this moment that Hawkeye and Ant-Man team up to take on the evil Taskmaster.

Captain America: Civil War is set to hit theaters on May 6.
