I personally have five major emotions I experience on a day-to-day basis: happiness, anger, annoyance, sadness, and lastly, nostalgia. The nostalgia bug seems to have bitten everyone incredibly hard, and Hollywood knows it.

Remake after remake has been inflicted upon us, including Ghostbusters, Jumanji and Point Break, and now it's time to add Ben-Hur to that list. You can check out these recently released stills here.

Paramount Pictures and MGM have released their first Ben-Hur trailer, which stars Jack Huston, Toby Kebbell, Morgan Freeman, Rodrigo Santoro, Nazanin Boniadi, Ayelet Zurer and Sofia Black-D'Elia.

Based on Lew Wallace's novel Ben-Hur: A Tale Of The Christ, the plot is described as such:

'Ben-Hur' is the epic story of Judah Ben-Hur (Jack Huston), a prince falsely accused of treason by his adopted brother Messala (Toby Kebbell), an officer in the Roman army. Stripped of his title, separated from his family and the woman he loves (Nazanin Boniadi), Judah is forced into slavery. After years at sea, Judah returns to his homeland to seek revenge, but finds redemption.
